Pork Chops are succulent and flavourful enough on their own. In this Chinese inspired recipe, we’re coating pork chops with a little salt and pepper and Chinese five spice and pan searing them and finishing them up in the oven. Served with bok Choy and mushroom stir fry in a sweet chili and soy sauce to give it a nice flavour. The boy choy leaves turn tender and silky, while the edible stems keep their satisfying crisp bite when cooked.
